2. Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, as long as the product (s) you order are less than 90" wide. For orders which are larger then 90" there will be a $70.00 charge per manufacturer.
3. Can I return the blinds I purchased?
No, since your blind were custom made to your specifications, they cannot be returned.
4. Can I cancel my order?
No, once your order has been processed for manufacturing, it cannot be cancelled. So be sure that your measurements are correct.
5. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, personal and/or company checks, and money orders.
*If you pay by personal or company check, the check will have to clear bank before order is processed.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 7-10 days from time order was placed. We do not ship outside the lower 48 contiguous United States.
7. Do you charge sales tax?
No, except for orders placed in Virginia, where it is 5% sales tax.
8. Do you ship outside of the continental U.S.?
No, we do not ship outside the lower 48 contiguous United States.
9. When do you charge my credit card?
Normally less than 24 hours within placing the order.
10. Will I receive on order confirmation?
Yes, by the email address you have provided by the order.
11. What if I don't see the product I wanted?
You may email us at customerservice@betterblindstore.com. We may carry the product and it not be on our website as of yet.
12. What if my blinds are damaged during shipping?
Notify us as soon as possible and have the driver sign that the merchandise was recieved damaged. We will handle claim for you.
13. Is there a shipping charge for oversized blinds?
For orders which are larger then 90" there will be a $70.00 charge per manufacturer.
*NOTE: If your order is for two different products, and they are both oversized, there will be an oversize shipping charge for each product.
14. Do you supply all the necessary hardware?
Yes, all nescessary hardware comes with your order, along with installation instructions. |
